Something good is happening at Hiriya

Hiriya Recycling Park is Israel’s leading environmental and waste management center, handling and treating about a quarter of the country’s municipal waste every day.

At the park, waste undergoes advanced sorting and separation processes to enable recycling and the production of alternative fuel from waste.

The park’s Environmental Education Center promotes awareness and education about sustainability and responsible consumption – showcasing how waste can become a resource for creativity, innovation, and new ways of thinking.
