You drain the surface runoff from the mountain by placing clean dirt and digging pools to regulate the flow of the water. The sorting of the drainage helps to stabilize the mountain and the site, and reduces the penetration of the surface runoff into the body of the waste by combining natural and synthetic materials to block it.
